Casita j9 is a separate, smaller house, located on the property of Casa j9. Inside the gated community of Rancho Nuevo -- located at the southern end of Playa Cerritos -- the casita sits within a secure, walled property, just a minute's walk to the beach. The casita, a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, studio with a full kitchen, has room to comfortably accommodate up to three visitors. It is far enough away from Casa j9 to feel separate from the house occupants, yet close enough to sleep overflow visitors from the main house if the entire property is rented.
